Which information is mandatory for a voucher to be valid?

In addition to the renter’s name, pick-up and return station, date and time and car group, the following fields need to be completed for the voucher to be valid:

1. Reservation Number
The reservation number is given after the booking has been confirmed.

2. Currency – Voucher Value
Our Holiday Special rates are always quoted in Swiss Francs. For all other rates, please do use the currency quoted in the reservation.

3. Issued by
Please do not forget to put your stamp here.

4. Rate Code
The rate code is found in the booking or for example in the Holiday Special brochure. If you are not sure about the correct rate code, please do contact our international reservations office on 013602771543

5. Remarks
For rentals in foreign countries, please do always indicate the necessary remarks in English.

6. Rental Length
Important note: Please do take into consideration the time of pick-up and return! One rental day means a 24 hour period.
